Munchkin Stretch to Fit Sun Shade Review

I had bought the sunshade from Tesco during the baby event for £6.50. I was particularly hooked in when I read it was stretch to fit any type of window shape. I bought it without checking the dimensions as it was a really good bargain.

Open up the packaging and you see it is a pretty simple design, a stretchy net attached to four suckers operated on a press and click system.

This is it fitted to A Mercedes Benz A-class rear passenger window. As you can see, it is a too big for the A-class’s tiny window, even using the 2 little buttons on the net to shrink the two vertical sides (my fault for not measuring). The press and click system worked flawlessly, to release the suckers you pull the little tag on the sucker.

Boon Grass Drying Rack Review

With our recent baby, we found ourselves washing his chew toys and food bowls quite a lot and needed a clean surface to dry them. I came across this product by accident on Amazon and I thought it was an amazing idea. I bought it to try and it made an amazing difference on the kitchen table, it looks the very pleasant on the eye and it’s very easy to use. It comes in two parts, the tray to hold the water and the “grass”,   which are plastic spikes that are spaced apart unevenly so that you’ll find a space suitable for whatever size of object “stab”  in.

I find the grass really useful, keeps the baby stuff hygienic and away from your other everyday items. The grass is easy to clean too, a dunk into the wash basin with antibacterial washing up liquid and that’s really about it.

Timbuktales Wallpaper

This weekend I put up the wallpaper for the nursery. Quite to our surprise there was not much nursery themed wallpapers that were easy to get. We’ve been to B&Q, Homebase & Mothercare – all of which have a very limited range. We finally settled on Timbuktales from Mamas &Papas, it is a white background based wallpaper with large coloured stars on it.

I’ve noticed it is quite difficult to find a decent photo to see if the colour of furniture goes with the Timbuktales wallpaper. Here are some photos of the wallpaper with our Mothercare Padstow furniture.

The Difference between Tommee Tippee Complete and Essentials Starter Set

In this post I compare the differences between the Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature Complete Starter and the  Essentials Starter Set.

Here is the Complete Starter Set which I have purchased over the Essentials Set. I’ll explain the differences in detail below.

Tommee Tippee Complete Starter Set RRPs for £109.99
Tommee Tippee Essentials Starter Set RRPs for £150.00

I do not really understand the pricing between these two sets as the Complete set seems to have more items than the Essentials set. However the Complete set is priced lower than the Essentials…?!
